Introducing the new West Coast 11.6 Work Boat Model.

The lines and the overall appearance of the new West Coast 11.6 Work Boat model are identical to our high-end hand laid fiberglass and solid teak woodwork modelsand this simpler, more basic boat is much more affordable to purchase.

Unlike the higher-end teak Whitehall Spirit® models the woodwork is done with Sapele, a quality hardwood that is less costly than teak yet still very attractive and used by boat builders worldwide. The hull is hand laid fiberglass. Its interior gelcoat hull finish is similar to that of many small fiberglass boats, further reducing labor costs.

The West Coast 11.6 Work Boat can be used for rowing, fishing, transporting gear, rowboat rentals or as a ship’s tender or shore boat. Its spacious interior offers ample room for tools, fishing gear or supplies. For fitness and rowing enthusiasts it can be fitted with optional, removable slide seat sculling gear, including bronze folding outriggers.
