Tie Up Lines
All the boat gear and accessories on this page will help to outfit your rowboat. If you plan to tie up to docks, floats, or other boats, then a set of tie up lines is a necessity. Four lines consisting of a bow line, a stern line, and two spring lines; custom fitted for each model. Attractively whipped on the ends to ensure longevity. This spun polypropylene is a tough and attractive material also used for the running rigging on the sailing models.
A set of fenders and spliced pennants for hanging on the gunnel on the inside, and be ready to be flipped outboard when required. They are necessary to keep a boat from chaffing against a dock or boar hull when tied alongside. These fenders are properly sized to do the best job of protecting your boat and looking shipshape.

Transom Gear Mount
The next most common accessories favored by owners are the gear mounts that allow a variety of useful items to be utilized. Shown here is the transom gear mount, which is most often used to mount a rowing mirror.
Gunnel Gear Mount
A gunnel-mounted gear mount base is easily removable and simple to use. All of the options shown below easily install or are removed. Position where needed by slotting it into the space between the gunnel blocks and secure with a brass pin. If needed, many mounts can be used at once.
In any of these stable rowing boats, turning to look ahead is easy. The rule is to always know what is around you at all times; turning to use your eyes for a direct view is best. However, having a forward view mirror can be very helpful in high traffic areas. This one is built to handle the marine environment in glass, stainless steel, and tough plastic. The convex lens provides a very panoramic view.

Row trolling style fishing is becoming more and more popular for salmon and muskie fishermen. Row trolling is quiet, with no stinky engine exhaust and offers great exercise. With two rod holders you can troll with two rods, one out on either side.
