SATURDAY NOVEMBER 24 FROM 10:30 AM TO 3 PM

Now that we are comfortably situated at our new facilities we would love to have you drop in and check it out. To this end we are scheduling an Open House here at 905 Ellery Street in Esquimalt.

Come on by and enter what will be like walking into a rower's dream. Gleaming Whitehall Spirit Classics stacked to the ceiling. Fine teak trim being sanded and oiled by expert finishers. Craftsmen giving tours showing how the wide range of Whitehall boats are built to perfection.

There are racks of oars and sculls in wood and carbon fiber lining one wall. Plus an assortment of new Solo 14s. Marie and I and the staff will greet you at the door with a warm welcome, eager to show off our latest developments at our first ever Open House.

There will be coffee, cake and special treats as we celebrate the completion of our new, spacious facility. Anyone placing an order for a boat gets a further perk to win a weekend for two in Vancouver at the Rosedale On Robson Suite Hotel in the heart of the city near B.C. Place.

INTRODUCING ANDREA GUYON - WHITEHALL SALES

Marie and I are happy to announce a new addition to our Whitehall staff - Andrea Guyon.
Bi-lingual in French and with a working knowledge of Spanish too, Andrea is an inspired saleswoman.

"I love working for Whitehall and I know first hand that the rowboats we build are of the finest quality because 12 years ago I actually used to work in the shop. Harold and Marie gave me my start in Victoria. Since then, I have lived and worked all over the world as a first mate onboard private and charter sailing yachts, been a Naui Divemaster, and learned about marine biology from the best. Since learning woodwork from my father when I was young I have over the years become an expert at restoring wooden boats. My current passion, besides my family, is slide seat rowing and I can truly advise our customers about which Whitehall boat best meets their needs."

Andrea grew up in Kamloops BC where she developed a love for outdoor sports - skiing, tennis,
figure skating and swimming, and also in the arts - playing violin and taking on the role of concert mistress with the Kamloops Youth Symphony Orchestra. She invented and patented JAMZ TM an inline skate guard that is in production and receiving worldwide acclaim.

Andrea is married to Herve who is a French chef. They live here in Victoria with and their two children. Welcome aboard Andrea!
