| December 2007 Newsletter
By Harold Aune VP Whitehall rowing and Sail
Like Ed Sullivan used to say on TV “It’s a Really Big Shew”.

I spotted this “Wooden Boat Shoe” tied up in a canal in Amsterdam a couple of years back and waited all this time to work it into a newsletter.
The reason is that finally after over a dozen years off, we are going on the road and attending a number of boat shows – really big shows! We start off at the San Diego Show that runs from January 3rd to January 6th . Whitehall is located at booth number 2850 next to the exit to the floating boats outside. We are looking forward to getting out of this Pacific Northwest we weather for a few days. We will be displaying a classic Whitehall Spirit 17 double slide model a 14 sail/slide and a few Solo 14s.
Next stop Chicago – the windy and probably cold city. January 16 to the 20th We are at a booth 6016. This show features the Solo 14 only.
Back to Seattle for January 24th through February 2nd. This is our favorite show and many of the crew will be there along with a Westcoast 11’6”, a Whitehall Spirit 17 double slide, a 14 sail/slide plus a few Solo 14’s. We are at Booth 1923 in the East Hall.
After that it’s back to Calgary February 14th to 18th to give the folks over there a chance to run their eyes and hands over some of our fine boats. We will be at Booth number 817 and feature a Whitehall Spirit 14 sail/slide
Our apologies to our friends and clients in Europe and down south. Maybe next year we will finally get across the ocean to see you.
We would love to see you this January or February at any of the shows. Anyone planning to order a boat for next spring this could be a good opportunity to dip your oars in the water and book a spring delivery. Please call or email if you need any further details.
Finally all of us at Whitehall Rowing and Sail would like to wish all of you a joyous and happy holiday season.
