May you all enjoy the holiday season as we head into another year. Thank you for another incredible year of business. As you know, although we work pretty hard, we truly treasure building the worlds finest rowboats. The highlight of our year was joining up with 72 rowers and sailors from all over the world in rowing sailboats this summer for the annual Raid Finland event. For a one hour mini experience visit whitehallatraidfinland.com where you can view the video footage of the event. For a big screen experience order the DVD. Also new this year was the addition of a special dock that holds two Whitehall Spirits and is located in Victoria Harbour. Some of you might remember the demo docks we had back in the Eighties before we moved to our present location. Once again it is now possible to visit us here in Victoria and try out either a Whitehall Spirit 17 or 14 slide seat rowing model. Far flung boat destinations over the past year included Germany, Antigua, Norway, Sweden, France, the Virgin Islands, the Grenadines and another to New Zealand. We may be small but we are definitely getting out there in the world. This year saw the introduction of the Whitehall Spirit 17 Expedition model which was recieved with excitement and given a good testing by Harold Aune and Marie Hutchinson when they sailed it in RAID Finland 2005. Future submissions from active rowers will help inspire us all to get out there to preserve and/or improve our bodies, minds and spirits.
