‘Victoria’ at Raid Finland 2006 Those of you who have seen the Raid Finland 2005 DVD saw the Whitehall Spirit 14 ‘Victoria’ sailed by Anne and Bertrand Chazarenc as it waltzed along through wind and waves. Anne and Bertrand returned and again performed well in the 2006 Raid Finland seven day event, which this year was sailed out of Helsinki. They also avoided capsize in this years higher winds (see photos).
