Bill Moser in Angel Fire New Mexico has a daily routine that’s a great way to start the day. Bill likes to get up at 3:30 am every morning and trailer his Whitehall Spirit 17 down the hill to his favorite lake and go rowing. He rows nine miles or so and he’s at his office by 7:00 am. His sailing model is fitted out with a pair of slide seats and two pairs of sculls because occasionally his wife and daughter like to take the boat out for a spin for a few hours.

Rowing in the early morning when its usually calm and quiet is really a great way to begin a day.
Rowing with a slide seat and sculls, engages the entire body and as a fitness activity is more effective and way easier on the joints and ligaments than other aerobic activities such as jogging or tennis.
As a rower myself, I know that rowing is a magical activity that quiets the mind and refreshes the soul. Early morning is looking better all the time. - Harold Aune
